Shipping Policy

We ship orders globally. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days; peak periods may require additional processing time.

US deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days; international deliveries arrive within 2–3 weeks.

Once orders leave our facility, they are the carrier’s responsibility. If you experience any issues after shipment, please contact the carrier directly.

•  Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number active within 24–72 hours.

•  Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. Ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure; signature‑required delivery is available for an additional fee.

•  Customer‑Error Returns: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will issue a refund minus courier and packing fees.

•  Damaged or Faulty Items: Report damage or defects within 6–12 hours of receipt to info@madbuzzhoney.com with photos and order details for a refund or replacement.

•  There may be occasional delays due to stock availability.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@madbuzzhoney.com with a photo and order details. Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging.

Health & Safety Products: Opened or used personal care items are not eligible for return or refund.

No Refunds for Accidental Orders or Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for ordering errors or buyer’s remorse.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Cancel after payment but before dispatch for a full refund (bank processing may take up to 7 working days).

After Shipment: Cancellations are not accepted once shipped; no refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.

Additional Policies

Non‑returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Replacements may be sent without return of the original item if approved.

Return Process: Buyer pays return shipping. Returns must be in original, unopened condition. Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt; timing varies by bank.

Address Accuracy: Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Assistance with mis‑shipments is discretionary.
